THE STUDY

DEFINITION OF NEEDS

The first step of a robotics project involves gathering your manufacturing data by conducting an audit of your production lines.

These elements help to define the scope of your project while respecting your ROI (Return on Investment) objective.

Thus, we will establish a budget framework by detailing the projected costs for this investment.

PROOF OF CONCEPT

A PoC (Proof of Concept) is a practical implementation under real conditions aimed at testing different solutions to demonstrate their feasibility.

It allows for concept validation, risk mitigation, and reduction of design costs.

You will participate in demonstrations and share your observations after the various trials, ensuring a solution that meets your needs.

MODELING

Following the definition of your needs, we proceed with the modeling of your work environment in 2D/3D.

This step allows you to visualize the operation of your new robotic production line.

It helps to anticipate issues related to sizing, accessibility, and production rate.

REQUIREMENTS SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT

Following these steps, it will be possible for you to draft your requirements specification document.

It will compile all project information, including objectives, timelines, technical constraints, and specifications for the parts to be produced.
