Job Description :
In a context of development, SYBOTX is strengthening its technical team and is looking for an Automation Engineer.
Reporting to the automation engineering department, you will analyze and design automated systems while ensuring their commissioning.
Your main tasks :
- Prepare feasibility studies and contribute to the development of specifications.
- Lead feasibility studies, exploring possible solutions, costs, timelines, and risks.
- Study and design systems in electrical engineering and automation.
- Write functional analyses.
- Create programs for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) based on layout plans and I/O mapping.
- Conduct meetings with clients, suppliers, and project teams.
- Commission and ensure the reliability of installations.
- Provide technical oversight for the successful execution of each industrial electrical and automation project.
- Technically monitor projects and contribute to the writing of functional analyses and technical specifications.
- Manage significant projects in the industrial field.
- Analyze specifications, equipment, and system configuration definitions.
- Supervise the implementation of necessary equipment and ensure commissioning.
Profile sought :
- With a technical background (ideally Bachelor's or Associate's degree) in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or Automation. You possess a successful initial experience in an automation role and have 3 years of experience in a similar function.
- You are familiar with Schneider, Siemens (Step7, TIA Portal) PLCs, with knowledge of Allan Bradley being a plus. You have technical skills in industrial processes and knowledge of machine safety.
